Reclaimed Water Pump station, Irrigation & Drainage construction, Baw Baw Shire Council
- Project for Baw baw shire council carried out the supply, installation and commissioning of a new pump station incorporating 3 x Javelin JV 15-7 vertical multistage pump with 7.5 kW motor providing 17.5Ltr/s programmed to new control board. 3 pumps set pressure at 640 KPA ready to deliver water Via DN100/DN150 stainless steel 316 pipework out the pump shed with water travelling throughout filtration then Via Ultra Violet treatment unit (UV). Water serving 2 soccer, 2 footy fields which had irrigation and drainage upgrades under this contract.
- Water also travelling through a DN100 EURO Magg flow meter which is wire back to main control board then into new radio telemetry control board (RTU) which has been programmed and communicates via the radio telemetry into the Gippslands Water SCADA system for live monitoring and recording of the flow meter, sending/receiving signals of the levels in the new 348,000 KL storage tank next to the new pump house for the activation and deviation of transferring water from the Drouin waste water treatment plant.
